Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

If gaming becomes a source of anxiety rather than entertainment, certain signs may appear. Be cautious if you notice any of the following in yourself, and seek help if needed.

  • A tendency to spend more money than your budget allows
  • A repeated urge to keep playing in order to recover lost money
  • Hiding your gaming from family or friends
  • Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming

Other things to watch for

  • Neglecting work, studies, or family
  • Playing with borrowed money or money taken from others
  • Trying to stop gaming but failing to do so
  • Relying on gaming to spend time alone
  • Gaming disrupting your sleep or eating habits

If any of the signs above apply to you, contact our support team right away or activate self-exclusion.

How to Activate Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a simple and effective method that helps you take a complete break from gaming for a set period. It can be activated in just a few steps.

01

Log In to Your Account

Log in to your d9xkf account and go to your profile settings.

02

Open the Responsible Gaming Menu

Find the "Responsible Gaming" section in settings and click on it.

03

Select a Time Period

Choose how many days you want to take a break for — options range from 1 day to a longer term.

04

Confirm

Confirm your decision. Once activated, your account cannot be accessed before the set period ends.

Alternative: If you have trouble activating self-exclusion, contact our live chat directly — our support team will assist you right away.

Deposit Limits and Financial Control

One of the most important aspects of responsible gaming at d9xkf is financial control. The minimum deposit on our platform is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. These limits help you stay within your budget.

By setting a deposit limit, you decide for yourself how much can be deposited. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately, but a request to raise it requires a waiting period — so you are protected from making impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.

  • Minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳1,000
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Transactions via bKash, Nagad and Rocket
  • All financial transactions secured with SSL encryption

Our Commitment to Responsibility

d9xkf always puts player protection first. We are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.

  • The 21+ age verification process is strictly followed
  • Gaming tools are easy to use and free of charge
  • Self-exclusion requests are acted on immediately

The Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

Is Gaming Just Entertainment?

Gaming on an online platform like d9xkf can be a great source of entertainment when enjoyed responsibly. However, gaming should always be seen as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. The foundation of responsible gaming is knowing your limits and staying within them.

Budget Planning

Before you start gaming, decide how much money you can afford to spend. Think of this amount as an "entertainment budget" — much like buying a cinema ticket or going out to eat. When that budget is gone, end the session. Never use money set aside for living expenses, rent, or your children's education to play.

Time Management

Setting time limits for gaming is very important. Never game for a long stretch without stopping. Take regular breaks, spend time with family and friends, and take part in other leisure activities. d9xkf's reality check feature will help you with this.

Emotional Control

You should not game when you are angry, frustrated, lonely, or under stress. In these states your ability to make decisions is reduced and the chance of overspending increases. Game with a clear and fresh head, and never game under the influence of alcohol or substances.
